At Skywalker Trampolines, we prioritize your family's safety and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the trampoline or accessory and pack it securely in its original box, ensuring all springs, hardware, and safety pads are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for completeness and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
